Questions
Why Builds instead of a retainer?
Retainers ask you to trust an unknown outcome for 12 months. A Build is a fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement — you know exactly what you're getting and when, before you pay.
What happens after Build 1?
You own everything we built. If you want the rest of the Loop built out, you buy Build 2. If you don't, there's no penalty, no auto-renewal, no call to cancel.
What happens after Build 2?
Once your Loop is complete, you don't need another full Build to keep growing it. From there, you can request individual assets one at a time — Exploration Anchors, Evaluation Enhancers, Bias Leverage, whatever the data says you need next — at $750 each.
Do I need to already be running ads?
No. In fact, if you are, we'll likely tell you to pause spend until Friction Killers is done — sending traffic to a leaky path to purchase is the single most common way small businesses waste ad budget.
